Statement on the van Abo Pretoria High court ruling
9 February 2010
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation has today, 9 February 2010 taken note of the judgement in the Van Abo matter by a Pretoria High Court Judge.
Accordingly, the Government’s legal advisors are applying their minds on the matter and will advice Government on the appropriate course of action to pursue.
