MEC Barry launches the Easter Arrive Alive Campaign at Kei Bridge

3 April 2009

On Monday, 6 April 2009, the Eastern Cape MEC for Roads and Transport, Honourable Gloria Barry, will officially launch the Easter Arrive Alive Campaign at Kei Bridge at 11 am.

MEC Barry is expected to unveil the traffic law enforcement plan of the province and to participate in a roadblock, which will be manned by provincial traffic officers, road traffic safety officers, South African Police Service (SAPS), South African National Defence Force (SANDF) and Emergency Medical Rescue Service (EMRS) members.

Members of the media are invited to attend this event.
