Deputy President to deliver a public lecture at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Westville Campus)

Deputy President Baleka Mbete will on Wednesday, 1 April 2009, deliver a public lecture at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Westville Campus, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal province, under the topic "The role of Higher Education in strengthening democracy in South Africa".
