Arts and culture organisations to benefit from R1,2 million grants in aid

Various arts and culture organisations from around KwaZulu-Natal will realise their dreams of expanding their businesses when the MEC for Arts, Culture and Tourism, Mrs Weziwe Thusi, hands out their cheques, totalling a whooping R1,2 million at the end of this week.
A total of 36 organisations, represented by all racial groups are set to benefit from this programme. This is another way that the Department of Arts, Culture and Tourism is empowering their stakeholders.
