Minister for Trade and Industry, Mr Mandisi Mpahlwa will launch the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS)

The NRCS is an organisation established to support government in its effort to protect the rights of all South African citizens in relation to issues of health, safety and the protection of the environment as entrenched in the Constitution by administering and enforcing regulations known as the compulsory specifications.
