KwaZulu-Natal will hold its annual Tourism Conference. Expected to draw 350 delegates, the one day event will attract a variety of speakers who will deliberate on topics such as Skills Development Service Excellence and Grading of tourism establishments. Provincial Member of Executive Council (MEC) for Arts, Culture and Tourism, Mrs Weziwe Thusi, will deliver an opening address.

Comprising hoteliers, tour operators and municipal representatives, the conference will also afford delegates a platform to air their views during the questions and answers session. The conference will then wrap up with resolutions, charting the way forward.
