MEC congratulates Star College top achievers

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Education, Ina Cronje, will tomorrow have tea with learners of Star College, to congratulate them for their consistent sterling performance in mathematics, science and information technology.
In 2005, Star College registered its first matriculants and achieved 100 percent pass rate in its first year. The school continued to maintain its 100 percent pass rate in 2007 and 2008. Star College has previously received many accolades from Association of Mathematics Educators of South Africa (AMESA), and many other institutions that recognise excellence in mathematics, science and information technology.
