Invitation to a quarterly breakfast media briefing

Mpumalanga Finance MEC, Mr JL (Jabu) Mahlangu will host the first departmental quarterly breakfast media briefing, which is aimed at giving progress made since the start of the 2008/09 financial year in April 2008. The media briefing is scheduled as follows:
* Date: Thursday, 11 September 2008
* Time: 07h30
* Venue: Makhulumazi, Botanical Gardens, Nelspruit
Highlights of the briefing
* Provincial budget expenditure (as at 31 July 2008).
* Provincial infrastructure spending (as at 31 July 2008).
* Fast tracking of infrastructure delivery.
* General financial governance matters.
* Roll-out of internet facilities to rural communities (Information Kiosks).
