MEC Cachalia to visit the family of the slain Ivory Park couple

Gauteng Member of Executive Council (MEC) for Community Safety, Firoz Cachalia, will today visit the family of Johannes Moropa who together with his wife Sinah Uwane were killed last Tuesday when robbers broke into their home in Ivory Park, Midrand.
The couple's house is one of the four homes that were broken into by a group of men during an orgy of violent robberies. On that fateful night, six people were shot including Moropa's brother, Mathew, who is currently in Tembisa hospital.
MEC Cachalia will arrive at the Ivory Park police station at 16h30 where he will be briefed on the progress of the investigation before visiting the family of the deceased.
