Minister of Education Naledi Pandor to deliver keynote address at the first Pan African TVET and FET conference 2008, BMW Pavilion, Cape Town.

The Minister of Education, Naledi Pandor, will today, 20 August 2008 at 16h00 deliver the keynote address at the First Pan African Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Further Education and Training (FET) conference to be held at the BMW Pavilion Conference Centre, Waterfront in Cape Town.

The conference theme "The value of work in social change and education" and will focus on
* Policy and curriculum development, The challenges of flexible delivery and technology?
* The power of partnerships, public and private (including industry), local, regional, continental, and intercontinental.
* The value of lessons learned, case studies and workshops.
