The National Treasury's Director-General, Mr Lesetja Kganyago will launch "Savings Month 2008."

Savings Month is an annual national campaign aiming to increase savings awareness in South Africa. During the launch the South African Savings Institute will also unveil its planned initiatives for the month of July and provide more information about the "Teach children to save initiative."
A press conference will be held at 09h50 and media are welcome to sit in through all the sessions.
