Experts to assist assess SABC challenges

The Minister of Communications, Dr Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri has received reports as requested, from the SABC Board, Executive committee members, Senior Management, Middle Management, Internal Audit, some Business Units and individuals at the top and middle management.
The Minister will assemble a team of experts with experience ranging from Broadcasting experience, Corporate Governance, Financial Management, Turnaround Strategy, Technology, etc, to assess these reports with the view of formulating appropriate recommendations.
The Minister has not received reports from both, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the SABC, Advocate Dali Mpofu and the recognised Unions.
