Premier Marshoff launches Socio-Economic Review

Free State Premier, Beatrice Marshoff will launch the Provincial Socio-Economic Review on Thursday, 15 May 2008.
The aim of the launch is to deepen the understanding of the 1996 2006 socio-economic state of the province.
The review which consists of 113 indicators ranging from poverty, demographics, health, labour and economy serve a valuable planning, monitoring and evaluation tool for the provincial government service delivery mandate.
About 300 delegates are set to attend. They include inter alia MECs, MPLs, mayors, head of departments, academics, and representatives from banking sector.
