President Mbeki extends the date of applications for Presidential pardon

President Thabo Mbeki has extended the date of applications for Presidential pardon from 15 April to 31 May 2008.
This comes after the request for deadline extension from the Multi-Party Reference Group, which will consider applications for pardons and make recommendations to the President.
Prospective applicants are urged to hand in their applications to the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development within the new deadline.
