25 March 2008

Government is calling on all sectors of society to participate in the National Anti-Crime Crime Campaign to build a safer and more secure South Africa.

An anti-crime workshop will be held to mobilise all stakeholders into an effective partnership with law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime. The workshop will also highlight initiatives already underway such as the Take Charge campaign of the Gauteng Provincial Community Safety Department, the Active Citizenship campaign and Community Policing Forums.
