Premier Rasool seeks relief measures for evictees

Premier Ebrahim Rasool will hold a meeting tomorrow, 22 February, with, Member of Executive Council (MEC) Qubudile Dyantyi and MEC Kholeka Mqulwana, to discuss a package of relief measures for the people evicted from Delft. The issues to be discussed will be around food, warmth and accommodation.
A press conference will be held at 09h00 to announce the interventions.
It is clear that these people were desperate for housing and have been exploited by those that want political gain.
