KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sibusiso Ndebele will deliver the keynote address at the provincial Youth Day Commemoration at the KwaDukuza Recreation Grounds on Saturday, 16 June 2007 commencing at 10h00.

Thousands of youth from all corners of the province have been invited to participate in this commemoration of the 1976 June 16 uprising. The event will also commemorate 40 years since the death of struggle heroes, Inkosi Albert Luthuli and 30 years after the death of Steve Biko.

The theme is "Deepening Youth Participation through Service"
