Minister Xingwana Imbizo programme

10 April 2007

The Minister for Agriculture and Land Affairs, Ms Lulu Xingwana cordially invites members of the media to the Imbizo government programme. Imbizo is a true expression of participatory democracy; it continues to create a platform for government to account on its electoral mandate to halve poverty by 2014.

Through the Imbizo, government and communities share ideas on how to join hands in a national effort to address the land issues and others. It is a platform for communities to partner with government to eradicate poverty and create a better life for all.
