The launch of the site at 10h00 by the Deputy Minister of Correctional Services, Ms Loretta Jacobus, advances the department's efforts to holistically tackle the scourge of HIV and AIDS in correctional centres.
The centre was accredited by the Department of Health after it passed the required health assessment processes.
