Defence Minister Mluleki George to release a preliminary report on DRC elections

Leader of the South African Observer Mission (SAOM) to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) elections, Deputy Defence Minister Mluleki George, is to release a preliminary report on the 29 October presidential and provincial elections.
