The Minister of Sport and Recreation, Rev Dr Makhenkesi Stofile to visit Mpumalanga for Imbizo Focus Week

The Minister of Sport and Recreation, Rev. Dr Makhenkesi Stofile will visit Mpumalanga from 26 to 27 October as part of the Imbizo Focus Week to interact with communities on wide-ranging issues relating to Government’s programme of action, with particular focus on Second Economy interventions.
Minister Stofile will be accompanied by the Premier of Mpumalanga, Mr TM Makwetla, when he visits various sport developmental projects in Machadodorp on 26 October. He will later that day have interaction with communities in Belfast primarily on sport issues affecting them.
On the 27th, Minister Stofile will be in Amersfoort, with the Mayor of Pixley Ka Seme Municipality to continue the Imbizo programme.
The Imbizo Focus Week will seek to profile government’s second economy programmes at all government levels while calling on the local communities to take opportunities to change their lives.
The theme for this Imbizo Week is: A national effort for faster and shared Growth
