KwaZulu-Natal Premier, Honourable Sibusiso Ndebele, will today (Friday, 22 September 2006) pay a courtesy visit to Chief Mangosuthu Buthelezi at Old Parliament in Ulundi at 10h00. After their meeting the two leaders will then proceed to KwaPhindangene.
