MEC Yawa to handover R8 million newly built school in farming community

5 July 2006

North West MEC for Public Works, honourable Howard Yawa, is to hand over the newly built Mampho Secondary School to MEC for Education, Mr J Tselapedi, for official opening on Saturday, 22 July 2006, at Migdol near Delareyville.

The 12-classroom school, built at a cost of R8 million, will reduce classroom shortage in the Migdol rural farming community. The project included the construction of an administration block, a computer room and 14 toilets.

Members of the media are invited to cover the event scheduled to commence at 10h00.
