Deputy President Jacob Zuma officially hands over the Nkangala district municipality’s community based public works programme

Deputy President Jacob Zuma will on the 18 December 2004, officially handover the Nkangala District Municipality’s Community Based Public Works Programme projects.
The official handover will be in honour of the two Majesties King Mayisha III of the Nzunza people and King Makhosonke of the Manala people.
