Deputy President Jacob Zuma to address rally in Mitchell's Plain

Deputy President Jacob Zuma will be the keynote speaker at the closing ceremony of the 16 Days of Activism, Unite against woman and child abuse – campaign 2004 in Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town on Friday, 10 December.
Other speakers include Western Cape Premier, Ebrahim Rasool, Cape Town Executive Mayor, Ms Nomaindia Mfeketo, Minister of Housing, Dr Lindiwe Sisulu and Minister of Arts and Culture, Dr Pallo Jordan.
President Thabo Mbeki officially launched the 16 Days of Activism Campaign on 25 November in Port Elizabeth.
The annually held 16 days of Activism Campaign takes place during the period of 25 November, the International Day of No Violence against Women and December 10th, International Human Rights Day.
