Deputy Minister of Correctional Services Ms Cheryl Gillwald will tomorrow (Monday 06 Dec 2004) address the South African Student Congress event, as part of the 16 Days of Activism on no violence against Women and Children outreach campaign. Among other speakers will be the National Youth Commission Chairperson Jabu Mbalula.
