GAUTENG OPENS YET ANOTHER MULTI-PURPOSE COMMUNITY CENTRE

National Deputy Minister of Education, Enver Surty, will on Thursday join the Gauteng Provincial Government and Ekurhuleni Metro in launching the province’s fourteenth Multi-Purpose Community Centre (MPCC), in Thokoza.
Premier Mbhazima Shilowa earlier this year committed government to establish 40 MPCCs in Gauteng by the end of his term of office.
The MPCC will help the community gain easy access to important government services such as social grants, home affairs services and other services required by the community.
The launch is part of the National Imbizo Focus Week and residents will be given an opportunity to engage their leaders on issues of service delivery in their areas.
