MINISTER OF PUBLIC ENTERPRISES, ALEC ERWIN, VISITS LIMPOPO AND BUSHBUCKRIDGE

Minister of Public Enterprises, Alec Erwin, will reach out to the people of Limpopo and Bushbuckridge, when he visits different projects in these respective areas during the National Imbizo Focus Week, from Monday 27-29 September. The purpose of Minister Alec Erwin's visit is to interact with the public, promote participation from all the spheres of Government in terms of service delivery and implementing Government Programme of Action. During the Minister' visit, the people of Limpopo will be given an opportunity to make their concerns heard and for Government to listen and respond to their needs.

Minister Alec Erwin Imbizo Focus Week Schedule is as follows:

On Monday, 27 September at 10:00, Minister Erwin, will be at the University of the North, where he will hand over equipment - electronic typewriters, Braille machines, computers, printers, desks and chairs - to the Reakgona Disability Centre which forms part of the Campus. In addition, he will interact with both students and management of the institution as well as members of the surrounding communities.

The Minister will then officially open the Marite Community Police Station at 9.30 on Tuesday, 28 September. This will be followed by a visit to the Multi Purpose Sports Facility at Marite High School at 11:00 on the same day.

In addition, on Wednesday, 29 September, Minister Erwin will stop at the Phelophepa Health Train, which is stationed at Mkhulu Station, to interact with staff and patients. He will end the three-day trip by stopping at the Bunny Khosa High School, in Bohlabela District.
