The Ministers of Trade and Industry and Transport, Mr Alec Erwin and Mr Abdullah Omar will sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) tomorrow (8 October), with the South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO), on the implementation of the Taxi Recapitalisation Programme.
The memorandum of agreement deals with frameworks and guidelines on the implementation of the programme and the relationship between government and the taxi industry.
