GAUTENG SOUTH MAKES UIF REGISTRATION ARRANGEMENTS
The Department of Labour, Gauteng South, has implemented an intensive campaign to educate employers and workers about the new Unemployment Insurance Act for Domestic Workers. This campaign is currently running at Shopping Malls and Community Centres, which enables the employer to register their Domestic Workers.
Should you have any enquiries, please contact your nearest Labour Centre. Gauteng South has set up call centres to assist with queries. The call centre numbers that operate from 8am till 8pm are (011) 497-3135/ 3148/ 3141/ 3139/ 3147/ 3149/ 3145/ 3269, the numbers that operate from 8am till 4pm are (011) 497-3283/ 3086; (011) 345-6396/ 6400/6402/ 6320/ 6312 and the call centre numbers that operate from 4pm till 8pm are (011) 497-3124/ 3164/ 3044/ 3037/ 3191.
