GOVERNMENT IMBIZO FOCUS WEEK: (31 MARCH - 06 APRIL 2003)
The Deputy Minister of Justice & Constitutional Development, Me Cheryl Gillwald, (MP) invites the media to the Imbizo to be held in Villiers

As part of the National Imbizo Focus Week of the Government, the Deputy Minister of Justice will visit Villiers for an information session. The session is aimed at briefing members of the community about their rights as well as to highlight the work of the Criminal Justice System. The focus of the session would fall on all the issues pertaining to the rights of women and children.
The event will include the turning of the sod for the first phase of the Qalabotjha Community Business Centre. The Deputy Minister has managed to raise funding from the Nedcor Foundation and People's Bank. Building of the first two structures of the Centre will commence in early April. The Centre will house four local micro industries in Agriculture, Bakery, Dressmaking and Candle Making, established two years ago and because of rapid expansion are in desperate need for proper accommodation. Building of the second phase will commence in July and it will house a library and information centre with computers.
