Dear Mr Holomisa
The President has received with thanks your letter dated 9 April 1997. The President has noted all the matters raised in your letter, and where applicable, they will be referred to relevant structures both in Government and in the African National Congress.
We recommend that you also take these matters up with the concerned structures and individuals (referred to in your letter).
Regrettably, the President's programme does not allow him to entertain your request at this stage.
