The news of the disastrous explosion in your country, which resulted in such heavy loss of life and injury, was received in the Republic of South Africa with deep sorrow.
The Government and the people of the Republic of South Africa join me in extending to Your Excellency, the Chinese Government and those directly affected by this tragic disaster, profound sympathy and heartfelt condolences.
