Minister Nathi Mthethwa studying the Western Cape High Court's ruling into Khayelitsha Commission of Inquiry

The Minister of Police, Nathi Mthethwa has noted the judgement by the Western Cape High Court handed this morning in relation to the commission of inquiry that was established by the Western Cape Premier, Ms Helen Zille.

Together with his legal team, they are currently studying the full judgement and will determine, at a later stage on whether to appeal the ruling or not.
