Ministry of Sport and Recreation in partnership with Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA) launch a Sport Post-Graduate Development Programme for previously disadvantaged post graduate students

Minister of Sport and Recreation, Mr Fikile Mbalula invites the media to the launch of the Sport Post-Graduate Development Programme. The Programme that is a partnership between Sport & Recreation South Africa (SRSA) and the Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA), will allow for a significant amount of post graduate research to be conducted towards addressing the information and research gaps identified in the Sport, Recreation and Fitness sector.

The Sport Post-Graduate Development Programme will be launched at a media briefing, where the two organisations will also sign a Memorandum of Agreement and exchange a dummy cheque reflecting the financial contribution made by the CATHSSETA into the Programme.

The briefing will be held as follows:

Venue: GCIS Auditorium, 1st Floor Midtown Building cnr Sisulu and Madiba Streets, Pretoria
