Joint media briefing on the national security and health state of readiness for the 29th Orange Africa Cup of Nations

The Minister of Police, Mr Nathi Mthethwa, Deputy Minister of Health, Dr Gwen Ramokgopa and the Chief Executive Officer of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), Mr Mvuzo Mbebe will brief media on the national security and health state of readiness for the 29th Orange Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2013 tournament.

AFCON is the football championship of Africa organised by the Confederation of African Football and South Africa will host the tournament from 19 January to 10 February 2013 in five provinces.

Members of the media are invited to the briefing as follows:

Venue: GCIS Auditorium, Midtown building, Cnr. Sisulu and Madiba Streets, Pretoria
