Minister Sexwale’s statement on Lenasia housing matter

The Lenasia housing matter has now become a subject of a court process as a result of a position taken by the Human Rights Commission, the outcome of which will determine the Minister's intervention in consultation with the Gauteng Human Settlements Department as is required in law based on the Constitution.
