Provincial Batho Pele day celebration

The Premier of Limpopo, Mr Cassel Mathale, invites members of the public to the 2012 Provincial Batho Pele day celebrationscheduled as follows:

Date: 17 November 2012, Saturday
Venue: Rebone Stadium, Steilloop, Mogalakwena Municipality, Waterberg District.
Time: 09h00

The Provincial Batho Pele Day aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • To promote access to government services and distribution of service delivery reports such as service standards, service delivery improvement plans and citizens reports;
  • To report back to citizens and create awareness about provision of government services; and
  • To create a platform to interact with citizens with the aim of addressing their concerns and make the complaints mechanism accessible to citizens

NB: The Premier will use this occasion to present the Provincial Citizens Report as part of ongoing process to account to the public on service delivery matters.
