A drug lab found - three suspects arrested

Three foreign Nationals were arrested on 8 October 2012 at about 20h00 in Mulberton for manufacturing drugs.

Soweto flying squad was following information which led to a house in Hastings Street. It is alleged that the suspects were surprised by the police when they stormed into their house.  Police found them still busy manufacturing drugs.

After few minutes that the suspect were arrested, they tried to bribe the police officials with R10 000.

Police recovered chemicals and equipment with an estimate of R500 000.

The suspects are expected to appear at the Johannesburg Magistrate Court on charges of manufacturing of drugs and corruption. It will also be determined who are they working with in terms of their suppliers/selling and dealing with drugs.  More suspects may be arrested as investigation is continuing.
