2 Oct 2012
The Minister of Social Development, Ms Bathabile Dlamini, will on 3 October 2012 launch the Social Development month in QwaQwa, Free State. Minister Dlamini will be accompanied by Deputy Minister of Social Development, Ms Maria Ntuli, MEC for Social Development in Free State, Ms Sefora Ntombela and senior managers from Social Development, SASSA and NDA.
