Twelfth Annual Regional Seminar on International Humanitarian Law, 14 to 17 August 2012
13 Aug 2012 The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and South Africa's Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) will host the 12th annual regional seminar on international humanitarian law from 14 to 17 August in Pretoria. The regional seminar will be delivered under the theme "Africa's role in the development of International humanitarian law".
