Minister Sisulu and Labour Unions brief media on wage settlement

The Ministry for Public Service and Administration postponed the media briefing scheduled for 16:30pm today to a date and time to be communicated soon. 

The Minister for Public Service and Administration, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu, and Labour representatives will today brief media on the wage settlement between the State as the Employer and Labour unions.

After long deliberations the parties (State and Labour) are expected to sign a wage agreement later today.

This agreement comes after Minister Sisulu had called on parties to go back to the negotiations table at the Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) with a view to find a solution

The media briefing is scheduled as follows:
