MEC Marawu to hand over land to Robert Sobukwe Trust in Graaff-Reinet

As part of the EXCO Outreach Programme, Eastern Cape MEC for Transport, Roads and Public Works, Ms Thandiswa Marawu will officially hand over land to the Camdeboo Municipality as a donation to the Robert Sobukwe Trust in Graaff-Reinet on 4 July 2012. 

The land will be used for the erection of a Memorial Museum in honour of the late Professor Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe. 

Additional to the land handover, these are other projects that will be delivered on the day:

  • Handing over of car wash equipment and cleaning detergent to two car wash projects
  • Landscaping of the entrance to Graaff-Reinet
  • Presentation of Transport related career opportunities
  • Parading of the National Youth Services students, two young pilots and seven traffic officers.
