Minister Chabane to address the Youth Day celebrations
15 Jun 2012 Minister in The Presidency for Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr Collins Chabane will, on behalf of government deliver a keynote address at the National Youth Day celebrations. The national celebrations will be held in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape province. Minister Chabane will be accompanied by the Premier of the Eastern Cape, Ms Noxolo Kiviet, Mayor of Nelson Mandela Bay, Mr Z Wayile, Members of the Provincial Executive Council and NYDA leadership.
