Youth Express Train stops in Cape Town to communicate youth opportunities
11 Jun 2012 Young people are encouraged to make their way to the Cape Town train station on Tuesday, 12 June 2012, from 09h00 to 15h00 to find out about youth development programmes and services offered by the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), the public and private sector and civil society. The programmes and opportunities include skills development programmes, job and study opportunities, entrepreneurship support and much more. Exhibiting at the Cape Town Station will be: - Absa

- University of Cape Town
An initiative of the National Youth Development Agency in partnership with Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa, the Youth Train will be traveling to all South African provinces throughout youth month (June) with the aim of educating youth, particularly rural-based youth, about programmes and services offered by the public and private sector and civil society. On the 15th of June the train will arrive in Port Elizabeth for the June 16 celebrations where President Jacob Zuma will address the nation.
