Minister Pandor to speak at the African Day celebration function in Khayelitsha

The Minister of Science and Technology, Naledi Pandor (MP), will speak at an event organised by her Parliamentary Constituency Office to celebrate the Africa Day at OR Tambo Hall, in Khayelitsha Township, Western Cape Province.

Organised under the theme “Towards A United Africa and Its Diaspora”, the event will include a panel discussion, comprising Dr. Adekeye Adebajo, the Executive Director of the Centre for Conflict Resolution (CCR), Professor Lungisile Ntsebeza, the Director of the University of Cape Town’s Centre for African Studies, as well as Dr Matlotleng Matlou, the Chief Executive Officer of the Africa Institute of South Africa (AISA).

The event is scheduled as follows:

Date: Friday, 1 June 2012
Venue: OR Tambo Hall, Khayelitsha
Time: 10h00 – 12h30
