Minister Plato to congratulate neighbourhood watch members at certificate handover in Langebaan

On Monday 14 May 2012, Dan Plato, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, together with the Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) will hand over certificates to NHW members who have successfully completed their NHW Training Level 3.

Part of the Western Cape Government’s Strategic Objective 5: Increasing safety is a large emphasis on making safety everyone’s responsibility and highlighting the role of neighbourhood watches, who make up a large part of a community’s ‘eyes and ears’ in addressing safety concerns.
