President Zuma to deliver the eulogy at the funeral of the late Minister Padayachie

8 May 2012

President Jacob Zuma will tomorrow, 9 May 2012, deliver the eulogy at the Official Funeral of the late Minister of Public Service and Administration, Mr Roy Padayachie.

Minister Padayachie passed away in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia while attending the African Peer Review Mechanism meeting at the weekend.

Details of the Official Funeral are as follows:
Date: 9 May 2012
Venue: Sahara Kingsmead Stadium
Time: 11h00

The funeral procession will then proceed to Clare Estate Crematorium where the body of Minister Padayachie will be cremated.

Please also note President Zuma will today, 8 May 2012, visit the Padayachie family to convey his condolences. President Zuma will visit the family at 16h30 at the family home, 27 Dayabagwan Road, Nagina, Marianhill, Durban.
