Minister Joemat-Pettersson to brief media on her 2012 Budget Vote

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Hon Tina Joemat-Pettersson, will tomorrow brief the media on her Budget Vote, which she will be tabling in the National Assembly tomorrow afternoon.

The Minister will outline progress made in the past financial year, highlights on job creation, statistics on trade, interventions on disaster management and overall management of her department.

The media briefing will take place as follows:
Date: Thursday, 3 May 2012
Time: 11h00
Venue: Imbizo Media Centre, 120 Plein Street, Cape Town.

Note: There will be a video link-up to GCIS Auditorium, 1st Floor Midtown Building, cnr Prinsloo and Vermeulen St, Pretoria.

The briefing will be followed by the Budget Vote Speech at 14h00 in the National Assembly.
