Eastern Cape Premier Noxolo Kiviet to announce names of Eastern Cape Planning Commissioners to drive long range planning for a better life

This serves to invite you to a stakeholder and media briefing session where Eastern Cape Premier Noxolo Kiviet will announce names of eminent persons appointed to serve in the Eastern Cape Planning Commission.

Details are as outlined hereunder:

The announcement of the names of the Provincial Planning Commissioners, who will also be in attendance, follows a process kick started by the Executive Council of the Eastern Cape in 2010 to establish the commission to spearhead the development of a long range plan aimed at accelerating the development of the Eastern Cape. 

The provincial government has made a commitment mobilise every sector of the society towards developing a broad vision to which every person and organisation would subscribe and help realise by 2030.
